Administration Manager are responsible for managing and overseeing company’s day to day administrative Managing activities. They should possess good organizing skills and result person orientated.
Plan, Coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems.
Manage Schedule and deadlines.
Procurement of Non Trading Material as needed.
Manage Budget and meet target.
Identify Process and System Bottleneck for smooth function of related activities.
Oversee Facility service , maintenance and knowledge in dept such as
o Transport
o Security
o Mess
o Housekeeping
o Stationary store keeping
o Freight management
o HT Electrical management
o Knowledge in Civil and carpentry
Negotiate with external suppliers and vendors to secure the best service deals.
Provide successful administrative support within a complex organization.
Any task assigned by the management from time to time.
