Moreix looking for International Chat Process Support Specialists who willing to Work From Home. Moreix helps Create Easy, Simple, Intuitive Web applications like Social Media, Analytics, Portal, CRM etc. containing new and existing or add business functionality (widgets) on already running websites and application Content without Coding in days instead of Months and Year. International Chat Process Support jobs Specialists should acquire excellent communication skills.
We have an online product which gives consumers the ability to empower their business and increase their digital footprint exponentially.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills
- Competent in MS office and web browser environments
- At least one year of sales and customer service experience via live chat
- Effective reading and writing English communication skills
- Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
- Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Knowledgeable of social media applications, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Ability to continually display a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond inbound customer inquiries via chat.
- Write and maintain internal knowledge base to allow other team members to save time when responding to common customer inquiries.
- Ability to understand the client’s requirements and then suggest appropriate product.

Location: Work From Home
Shift: Night Shift ( US timing 8:30 PM IST – 5:30 AM IST)

Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 /month
