Job conditions

  • Flexibility: this position is 100% freelance, so you can accept or decline tasks freely depending on your availability. Conversely, there may be periods where we don’t have available projects for your language pair.
  • Work from home. There are no limitations as to the location.
  • Everything is done online, so you won’t need to install any software.
  • Selection process: you can submit your application today and as soon as we have openings on your language pair, we will contact you to send you a short translation or captioning test. If you approve, you’ll join our freelance team. That’s it!

Job opportunities

We’re constantly looking to expand our language teams, so you can apply today to join as a translator and/or a captioner.

as a Translator

– You’d translate subtitles from English into your native language, or from your native language into English.

– Requirements:

  • Native or native-like fluency in English and another language, with excellent command of both colloquial and written forms of both.
  • Translation experience is a must.
  • Captioning/video translation experience is a plus.

As a Captioner

– Captioning consists of transcribing the video audio (in the same language, so no translation is involved) while synchronizing it with the audio.

– Requirements:

  • Excellent writing skills in your mother tongue.
  • Educational background in a linguistics-related field.
  • Excellent hearing abilities.
  • Captioning experience is a plus.

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Salary: ₹96.00 to ₹118.00 /hour
