Responsibilities:
- Source new Leads opportunities through outbound Emails.
- Excellent Email Marketing skills. Minimum 30 New client Emails.
- Generate Leads using Email Campaign i.e: LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Boards, etc
- Can send multiple repeat emails to (VP Ops/ Hr Director/ Hr Mgr/HR Generalist/ CTO/ Controller and follow up via Email.
- Proactive Follow Up via Emails to Hiring Managers
- Research accounts, identify Key Decision-makers.
- Work hours are flexible, work offline and send Emails US hours
- Must be available for calls if required.
- Stable high-speed Internet connection/ computer is a MUST
- Working experience in a Recruitment agency is ideal.
- Comfortable working with ATS- Resumate.
- Excellent Data Mining skills
- Solid skills in Linkedin
- Excellent Outlook skills
- Comfortable working with ZoomInfo/ Resumate.
- Excellent work ethic and can work without supervision
- Must have an internet connection and a computer.
MUST HAVE:
- MUST HAVE a Staffing or Recruitment agency background.
- Minimum 2-3 years for experience in a Lead generation.
- Laptop/Desktop and stable/high-speed internet connection.
- Comfortable working with RDC. Remote desktop connection.
