Job Description:
Technical / IT Recruiter Work from Home Jobs in Gurgaon looking to team up with people who can Recruit Technical / IT candidates in Gurgaon and place them to the right opportunities. We are open for Work from Home option for self-starters and motivated candidates in Gurgaon
1. Setting up conference calls and in-person meetings with potential prospects
2. Must be expert in sourcing candidates from Job Portals like Monster, Dice, LinkedIn and Career Builder etc.
3. Must be able to build a long-term relationship with candidates and clients.
4. Should have good experience working on W2, C2C , Bench Requirements & Implementation partners.
5. Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, social networking, Job Postings etc) Postings vacancies on portals. and Networking within time frame.
6. Rate Negotiation, paper check and onboarding.
7. Ensuring that all work adheres to defined quality standards
Must Have
1. Must have US Staffing experience
2. High proficiency in spoken and written English
3. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with dynamically changing requirements
4. Self-motivated individual with high degree of responsibility, including confidentiality, sense of urgency and accountability
5. Good people skills (PR/ Customer Relations/ Inter Personal Relations)
Note: This job includes high Incentive earning potential.
